STRATEGIC PLANNING

Planning for the future can be fun, rewarding and even exciting. I love to work with mission based organizations to define their vision for the future and then design a path forward to get there. We'll use a modified Appreciative Inquiry approach with a dash of World Cafe and a measure of Results-Based Facilitation. This customized approach gives us a unique ability to remain laser-focused on achieving different, better results to bring about highest-level organizational outcomes while maintaining flexibility in our process to adjust to changing circumstances along the road.
