SERVICES
Good consulting builds capacity that outlasts the engagement.
I work with a small number of organizations at a time. Every engagement is designed from scratch - no off-the-shelf frameworks, no generic deliverables.
01
Strategic Planning
High demand
4-6 months
typical engagement
Stakeholder interviews
Stakeholder surveys
Organizational assessment
Landscape Scan
Board retreat facilitation
Implementation dashboard
Board-ready deliverables
A strategic plan is only as good as the process that created it. If your team didn't shape it, the won't own it. If it's not grounded in real data, it won't survive contact with reality.
I design processes from the ground up - stakeholder interviews, landscape scans, equity analysis, board and staff engagement - then facilitate the sessions that turn all of that into a plan your organization can actually use. Not a binder. A roadmap.
DELIVERABLES TYPICALLY INCLUDE
→ Landscape Scan Summary
→ Survey data report
→ iCAT Assessment report
→ Narrative document
→ Executive summary
→ Management dashboard

Board Governance & Development
Project-based
or retainer
Governance assessment
Board retreat
Bylaw review
ED-board coaching
Committee recommendations
Cultivation strategy
Strong boards are built, not inherited. I help boards clarify their role, strengthen their culture, and become genuine partners to organizational leadership - not a rubber stamp or a crisis committee.
This work includes governance assessments, board retreats, committee restructuring, and ongoing coaching for executive directors and board chairs navigating a complicated relationship. Often pairs naturally with an Infrastructure Review when bylaws and committee structure need to evolve together.
DELIVERABLES TYPICALLY INCLUDE
→ Board handbook
→ Cultivation strategy/calendar
→ Policy recommendaitons
→ Bylaw revision or markup
→ Orientation template
→ Committee charters
03
Organizational Infrastructure Review
High demand
6-10 weeks
typical engagement
Bylaws revision
Policy development
SOP Mapping
Risk assessment
Growth-stage orgs
Leadership transitions
Growing organizations often hit a wall — not because their mission is unclear, but because their operations haven't kept pace. Bylaws written in 2008 don't fit a $2M organization in 2025. Policies that lived in one person's head become liabilities when that person leaves.
An Organizational Infrastructure Review is a structured, top-to-bottom inventory of the documents, policies, and operating systems that hold your organization together. I assess what exists, what's missing, what's outdated, and what's creating risk - then work with your team to build or update the infrastructure that lets your programs and people thrive.
DELIVERABLES TYPICALLY INCLUDE
→ Document & policy inventory
→ Gap analysis & risk flags
→ Prioritized recommendations
→ Implementation roadmap
→ Bylaws review & revision
→ SOP templates

I'm a trained Peacemaking Circle facilitator and practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry and Results-Based Facilitation. I design and facilitate strategic retreats, difficult organizational conversations, team development sessions, and community engagement processes - for groups of any size, in person or hybrid.

METHODOLOGY
"My toolkit is assembled, not proprietary."
I draw from Peacemaking Circle practice, Appreciative Inquiry, Results-based facilitation, CliftonStrengths, World-Café, Standards for Excellence™ and BoardSource. What I bring is the judgment to know which tool fits which moment - and the facilitation skill to use it well.
