Growing organizations often hit a wall — not because their mission is unclear, but because their operations haven't kept pace. Bylaws written in 2008 don't fit a $2M organization in 2025. Policies that lived in one person's head become liabilities when that person leaves.

An Organizational Infrastructure Review is a structured, top-to-bottom inventory of the documents, policies, and operating systems that hold your organization together. I assess what exists, what's missing, what's outdated, and what's creating risk - then work with your team to build or update the infrastructure that lets your programs and people thrive.
